“Let Her Alone. Why do you trouble her?”

Mark 14:3:

But Jesus said, “Let her alone. Why do you trouble her? She has done a good work for Me. 7 For you have the poor with you always, and whenever you wish you may do them good; but Me you do not have always. 8 She has done what she could. She has come beforehand to anoint My body for burial. 9 Assuredly, I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her.”

Today, Jesus is waiting for several of us to carry out our divine assignment in the body of Christ. He has saved, baptized and empowered us for a specific work of the kingdom but somehow we have held ourselves back. We have allowed ourselves to be ruled and held back by guilt and fear. The fear of failure and the fear of criticism of men had rubbed us of the Glory of Christ’s acceptance. Would we prefer the praise and acceptance of men to that of our Lord? Certainly not!!! For God has not given us the spirit of fear but that of love, power and sound mind. We are as bold as a lion to do the works of Him that has called us.

Woman! Stay no longer in that arena of fear and guilt. Master is waiting for you. He is waiting to speak for you against anyone. Hear Him say to your accusers: “let her alone. Why do you trouble her?” Oh! What defence of our Lord we miss by not hearkening to His Word of Instruction. What privileges and opportunities we let slip away because we held back. What has He instructed you to do? He is waiting for you. Don’t hold back any longer because the master is coming back soon to judge your work.

Let us draw nearer to Jesus. Let us break the alabaster flask and pour it all on the master’s head as we have been instructed not holding back anything. Let’s worship Him in service and obedience for He seeks such. Then, we can be elevated and justified before all men as he rebukes men for our sakes saying “Let her alone…for she does a good work on me…and this shall be mentioned wherever the gospel is preached”

Maranatha!!!

Woman, thou art loosed!!!

Praise God!!! Jesus is the Truth and the Life. Halleluyah!!! No woman is expected to be under any kind of bondage either of sin, sickness, emotional distress or negative emotions. Why? Because Jesus says so. Jesus, who can never lie says you are loosed. Luke 13:12:

12 But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.”

You need not carry that burden any more. He has made it entirely your choice if you want to be made whole. But How? If you will confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus has freed you, you will be free. Romans 10:9-11

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”

So someone may ask, “but how do I do that?”. It is very simple. The Word of God says that God loved you so much that He gave His only begotten son that if you believe in His Son Jesus, you will be saved. Do you believe Jesus died for your sin? If so, make this confession loud enough for your ears to hear it.

Say this ” I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe that He came to this earth and died on the cross for me. I believe that He rose again after three days to give me eternal life. I invite Jesus into my life today to be the Lord of my life. I submit to Jesus leading through His Word. I promise to serve Him and Him alone all my life and with all I have. I receive the Holy Spirit into my life by faith. I am a new creature, old things have passed away, all things are now new. I live in the fullness of life that Christ has given me. I am free in Christ Jesus. Praise the Lord. Halleluyah!!!”

If you just said that prayer, I congratulate you because you are now born again into the victorious life. Feel free to email me to share your experience at kemiadebena@gmail.com.

I look forward to hearing from you. God bless you.

Maranatha!!!
